The practice
Classes at Holistika Hotel cover Hatha, Vinyasa, Kundalini and Other yoga in a structured, welcoming environment. Kundalini kriyas, breathwork and mantra practice form part of the programme. Teachers are trained and experienced; class sizes are kept intentionally small for individual attention.
